Private-pay counseling for Clayton professionals.

Focused work for attorneys, finance and corporate professionals, owners, leaders, and other adults who want to address a private issue without making it their public identity.

The Clayton fit

Confidentiality matters differently when reputation is part of the job.

Professional competence does not prevent trauma responses, sexual-behavior concerns, relationship patterns, faith conflicts, or private decisions from becoming difficult. It can, however, make generic advice and vague support feel especially unhelpful.

New Pathways uses a defined target, direct conversation, and an integrative formulation. The aim is not endless reflection. It is to understand what sustains the problem and build a practical path toward change.

What private pay changes

No insurance claim. No promise of invisibility.

New Pathways does not accept or bill insurance. For some professionals, that removes an unnecessary third party from payment and treatment decisions. Standard professional confidentiality still applies, along with its normal legal and ethical limits.

Sessions are $275 for 50 minutes at the Ballwin office or by Missouri telehealth. Limited $375 on-site appointments may be possible at an appropriate public or professional office when travel and schedule make that useful.

Access from Clayton

The office is in Ballwin.

New Pathways does not claim a Clayton location. Clients may travel to 625 N Meramec Station Rd in Ballwin, use Missouri telehealth from a private setting, or ask about a limited on-site appointment at an appropriate professional office.

On-site work is not automatic and is not offered in every setting. The consultation is the place to discuss whether location, privacy, and schedule make it appropriate.

Clear terms

Focused outpatient counseling for stable adults—not crisis response or executive performance coaching.
