Ballwin office
In-person counseling at 625 N Meramec Station Rd for clients who prefer a dedicated clinical setting.
Flexible access · Private pay
Focused counseling without making distance the deciding factor: Missouri telehealth, the Ballwin office, and limited appropriate on-site appointments create more than one way to do serious work.

Ways to meet and plan appointments
New Pathways has one office, in Ballwin. If getting there would make appointments difficult, Missouri telehealth may be useful. You will need a private place to talk where family members or coworkers cannot overhear; convenience alone does not create privacy.

Secure remote sessions from a private setting when travel time would interfere with consistency or scheduling.
When appropriate, Brian may meet at a suitable public or professional office in the St. Louis area.
Appointments are often biweekly or monthly when that fits your needs. Frequency is something we discuss, not a condition that every concern must fit.
What flexibility does not mean
Telehealth and on-site access are not shortcuts around fit, privacy, or professional standards. On-site appointments are limited, depend on an appropriate setting, and are not automatically available.
New Pathways remains an outpatient counseling practice. It does not provide crisis response, medication management, detoxification, court-mandated evaluation, or a substitute for a higher level of care.

Reasons to use the practice
Focused work on a memory, adverse experience, relational injury, or body-level response.
Discreet concernPornography & compulsive sexual behaviorNon-shaming counseling for repeated behavior, secrecy, relapse, and its relational impact.
Defined personal workA pattern that keeps repeatingAddress conflict avoidance, family-of-origin dynamics, self-defeating choices, or a difficult transition.
Christian counselingFaith-integrated focused workFor personal, relational, behavioral, or professional concerns when you want a counselor who understands and can integrate Christian faith.
Who tends to benefit
People come from demanding jobs, busy households, and different stages of life. What matters is whether the concerns you bring fit my experience and the care I can provide. You do not need to know exactly what you need yet.
For some clients, reducing the travel burden makes it easier to protect the work without putting counseling at the center of the week.
What to discuss first
During the consultation, explain what you want to change, whether privacy or professional visibility affects the decision, and which setting is realistically sustainable.
The conversation can then determine whether the issue fits New Pathways and whether Ballwin, telehealth, or a limited on-site option is appropriate.
