Executives & senior leaders
When decisions and professional visibility follow you home and there are few places to be fully candid.
High performance · Focused work
Private-pay counseling for executives, entrepreneurs, attorneys, physicians, business owners, pastors, and other professionals who want focused help with a consequential pattern.

The context matters
You may be making good decisions, meeting obligations, and appearing composed while stress, irritability, depleted attention, sleep problems, conflict avoidance, or a private behavior is taking more of a toll than you want to admit.
A demanding professional life changes the context of counseling. Privacy may matter more. Time may matter more. Generic advice may be less useful. The goal is not to treat your work as the problem; it is to identify the patterns creating unnecessary cost elsewhere in life.
Who this often includes
The page is organized around fit and the realities of demanding professional roles—not prestige. You do not need a particular title to use the practice.

When the business depends heavily on you and stress, chronic pressure, or relationship spillover is becoming expensive.
For professionals working inside high-demand systems where competence can hide depletion for a long time.
When private struggle intersects with reputation, faith, family, or a public-facing role.

The counseling model
The work can be collaborative and exploratory, but it does not need to be passive. We define the concern, identify the mechanism beneath it, and translate insight into changes that can be tested in work, relationships, habits, boundaries, and recovery.
Sessions are $275 for 50 minutes. The usual cadence is biweekly or monthly when that fits the goal. New Pathways does not accept or bill insurance.
Clarify what is happening, what it is costing, and what would be meaningfully different if the work succeeds.
Look for the emotional, behavioral, relational, family-of-origin, or performance dynamics sustaining the problem.
Use direct feedback, processing, experiments, and practical shifts that carry into the rest of your life.
Fit matters
This is counseling for adults with a defined concern. It is separate from Brian's executive coaching work.
