Confidentiality matters differently when reputation is part of the job.
You may spend the day in Clayton handling difficult conversations at work, then avoid a simple disagreement at home. That difference is worth understanding. I would ask what you can say at work that feels harder to say to your spouse, what you expect will happen if you are honest, and what usually happens next.
Perhaps you need practice putting a concern into words. Perhaps you know what to say but hear disappointment as rejection. Or you and your spouse are reacting to assumptions neither of you has checked. We need your actual story before deciding which explanation fits.
What private pay changes
Private pay and professional confidentiality.
New Pathways does not accept or bill insurance. For some professionals, that removes an unnecessary third party from payment and treatment decisions. Standard professional confidentiality still applies, along with its normal legal and ethical limits.
Sessions are $275 for 50 minutes at the Ballwin office or by Missouri telehealth. Limited $375 on-site appointments may be possible at an appropriately private office when travel and schedule make that useful.

The office is in Ballwin.
New Pathways does not claim a Clayton location. Clients may travel to 625 N Meramec Station Rd in Ballwin, use Missouri telehealth from a private setting, or ask about a limited on-site appointment at an appropriate professional office.
On-site work is not automatic and is not offered in every setting. The consultation is the place to discuss whether location, privacy, and schedule make it appropriate.
